14 Degrés is the story of Mathieu who decided to change his life, to embark on the great adventure of wine. After resuming his studies and obtaining a sommelier diploma (and tasting 3568 wines to sharpen his palate), the 14 Degrés project was created in the centre of La Ciotat and the team grew!

14 Degrés is a concept that breaks the codes, the labels that are too tightly stuck and even sometimes the prejudices about regions, grape varieties or appellations. There is no classification by region, but we promise that your taste buds will travel even if you think you only like Chardonnay.

14 Degrés is more than 600 references classified not by region but by type of wine profile, according to their taste identity (viti, vidi, vini...). It is a new approach, simple, personalised and accessible to all.

14 Degrés responds to a simple desire for curiosity and pleasure, to let oneself be carried away to discover hidden nuggets, selected with passion by our sommeliers, to be associated with small gourmet dishes and tapas (organic, good, local and home-made!).

When he arrived in France, chef Rodolfo Meija followed a classic path in traditional and gastronomic restaurants, but he soon missed the taste sensations of his childhood memories. With his partner, Francesca Boschetti, they created their first offbeat and accessible place: the Chirimol Food Truck, named after an iconic sauce from El Salvador in Latin America.
Lightness and subtlety while playing on strong tastes thanks to fresh local quality products. They like to say they do Fast Good! Later, a restaurant, aka 503 (El Salvador's country code), was born from the need to express its full potential with refined fusion cuisine. Its menus are true gustatory journeys.
Aqo La Ciotat is their new experience of cocktails, ceviches and grills by the water in La Ciotat.
